Teams: Consist of 6-16 players.
Cost:$35 one-time yearly membership, $20/league fee, plus any home court fees that may occur to run your home matches (this is split between your entire team).
Captains: If you don’t see your facility listed when creating a team, please contact us to discuss getting your facility approved as a PaddleWar League Site.
Home Courts must be in Walton, Gwinnett, Newton, Jackson, Rockdale, or Oconee County.
PW NonAdv Format: Paddle War’s 3 rounds of 2 lines of play. 4 players minimum are needed for each match.
League Match Format:
- 2 courts (lines) play simultaneously for 3 rounds.
- Each round: Courts play best of 3 games (to 15 points, win by 2, rally scoring). If a 3rd game is needed, it’s played to 10 points (win by 2).
- Scoring: Each court win = 1 point. With 2 courts and 3 rounds, a total of 6 points are available.
- Final match scores can range from 0-6 to 6-0.
- The Tiebreaker (if a match score is 3-3) in the Non-Advancement 2 Line League is the winner of Line 1 of Round 3.
- Lineups: Captains exchange lineups before each round. Lineups can only change between rounds, not between games in a round.
- Score Reporting: The winning team must enter scores into the software within 48 hours. However, either team has the ability to enter scores. (Player names from both teams are required for submission.)
