As the Local League Coordinator, you will be the face of PaddleWar in your area, responsible for organizing and managing local league events, promoting participation, and fostering a thriving pickleball community. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help bring players together and make PaddleWar a resounding success at the grassroots level.

PaddleWar is on a mission to revolutionize pickleball in the United States by providing players of all skill levels with a unique platform to showcase their talents, compete, and connect with a nationwide network of like-minded pickleball enthusiasts. Our league embraces inclusivity, sportsmanship, and the pursuit of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and oversee local pickleball league matches.
  • Recruit and engage players, teams, and local pickleball clubs to participate in PaddleWar leagues.
  • Coordinate with local venues and facilities to secure suitable playing spaces.
  • Promote PaddleWar through social media, local advertising, and community outreach   efforts.
  • Manage league registrations, player rosters, and match schedules.
  • Serve as a point of contact for players, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Ensure adherence to league rules and fair play standards.
  • Collaborate with the PaddleWar team on league-wide initiatives.

Desired Qualifications

  • Passion for pickleball and a deep understanding of the sport.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
    Previous experience in event planning, sports management, or community engagement is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with players, sponsors, and local stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for promoting sportsmanship and fostering a strong pickleball community.

Employment Type:
