PaddleWar is one of the fastest-growing team pickleball leagues in America, bringing players together through organized league play, community events, and a clear pathway to regional and national competition.
We’re looking for passionate, entrepreneurial leaders to launch and grow PaddleWar in their local markets.
As a PaddleWar Market Director (PMD) you’ll be the face of PaddleWar in your community—building relationships with players and facilities, creating an incredible league experience, and helping grow one of the country’s most exciting pickleball brands.
This is more than organizing matches. It’s an opportunity to build a thriving pickleball community while earning income and growing with a national organization.
What You’ll Do
You’ll oversee all aspects of PaddleWar within your assigned territory, including:
- Recruit players, captains and teams
- Build relationships with local pickleball facilities and community partners
- Launch and grow seasonal PaddleWar leagues
- Organize league schedules and match play
- Ensure an outstanding player experience from registration through playoffs
- Communicate regularly with captains and players
- Promote PaddleWar through social media, local events and community outreach
- Support local sponsorship and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate postseason events and help qualifying teams advance toward Nationals
- Represent the PaddleWar brand with professionalism, energy and sportsmanship

- Loves pickleball and enjoys building community
- Naturally connects with people and develops relationships
- Is organized, dependable and self-motivated
- Communicates professionally both in person and online
- Can manage multiple projects at once
- Enjoys growing programs from the ground up
- Thinks like an entrepreneur and takes ownership
- Is comfortable using technology and social media
Previous experience running leagues, tournaments, sports organizations, events or community groups is helpful—but not required.

Compensation
This is a part-time, commission-based leadership opportunity with significant growth potential.
Successful coordinators have the opportunity to expand into multiple territories, oversee larger regions, develop facility partnerships, and grow into additional leadership roles within PaddleWar.
